The completion time for customised portrait piece is typically around 5-10 working days. However, this timeframe may vary depending on:

• Complexity of the design
• Size of the piece
• Number of pieces ordered

We can provide you an accurate estimated delivery time, once we have received your order and finalised the design for your portrait piece.

Please note that the shipping time is not included in the production timeframe. However, We'll keep you updated throughout the process!

To customise your portrait, start by selecting the type you want: single-person, two-person, or family portrait. Click on your chosen portrait and specify the size you prefer. Next, upload a photo by clicking the upload button and selecting the image you want. After that, choose the quantity of portraits you'd like to order and click the "Add to Cart" button.

Once you've added your items, proceed to the checkout to pay the total amount shown in your cart. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order receipt, which will be sent to your WhatsApp or email. Your custom portrait will be delivered to your specified address shortly.
