At Timberstory, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 3 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Any art pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return & Refund policy is not applicable for Wooden Portraits Category. Returns can be initiated by contacting our support team, and the product must be shipped back safely using a trackable service. Refunds are processed in the business days after inspection, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered production or shipping. Custom or personalized items can only be canceled if production has not started. To cancel an order, contact our support team with your order details. Timberstory reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
